Golden Concierge Basic service is offered on a monthly basis and is like having a personal assistant at your fingertips! Members have access to a dedicated phone number that connects them with a professional concierge who can help answer questions, make arrangements for things like transportation or reservations, or provide referrals for trusted service providers. Think of it like having a hotel concierge available to help with needs during your stay.
Golden Concierge Complete
$495 per month
Golden Concierge Complete service is a monthly subscription that is tailored to each member's individual requirements and encompasses the following benefits:
- A personal in-home consultation with a designated concierge to assess their needs and develop a customized plan.
- A direct phone number and email for their concierge that they can access during business hours, with an off-hours plan in place.
- One in-home visit from their concierge.
- Five hours of remote concierge support.
- A family liaison letter.
- Outsourced services are available at an additional cost. However, negotiation, scheduling, and management of these services are included in the monthly fee. This means that members will receive a single invoice for all the services provided, making it convenient and hassle-free.
